The program is deployed with its name set so that explorers render it as a readable label rather than a bare address. The deployment publishes the Anchor IDL on chain with anchor idl init so that the program's name field, vow, is read by explorers that show IDL names, and embeds a security.txt section with the same name so that explorers that read security.txt render it as well. If an explorer shows the raw address instead of the name, the IDL has not been published for that program id.
Decode the vessel
Call getAccountInfo on the vessel address, base64 decode the data, and read it with the account map. The seq at offset 40 must match the cite line on the first page and the last row of the breaths table. If the three disagree, the site is stale and the chain is right.
