How to decode this yourself
Fetch the program's signatures, fetch each transaction with its log messages, find the lines that begin with the program data prefix, base64 decode them, check the first eight bytes against the Breath event discriminator from the IDL, and read the fields in order with the sizes shown in the breath schema file. The site does exactly this and nothing more.
